Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Cancellation Policy: Clients must cancel sessions at least 3 days in advance to avoid forfeiting their session fee. Cancellations made with less than 3 days' notice will not be refunded. Rescheduling Policy: Clients may reschedule their session as openings arise, provided they give at least 3 days' notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be done within the validity period of the package or service. No-Show Policy: Clients who do not attend their scheduled session without prior notice will forfeit the session fee. Payment Policy: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Payments are non-refundable unless cancellation is made in accordance with the cancellation policy. Session Validity: Packages and sessions must be used within the specified validity period (e.g., 3 months for an 8-session package). Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect other clients’ bookings.
